The most reproducible STAB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Morphogenesis of embryonic epithelium, Positive regulation of low-density lipoprotein particle receptor catabolic process, and Response to oxygen levels. Each is linked with STAB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB1-to-partner and partner-to-STAB1 results are reported.
