ST7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST7-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R90P, ITGB1BP1, and AKAP17A. Each is linked with ST7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7-to-partner and partner-to-ST7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R90P grouped by ST7-low versus ST7-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
