Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ST7-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ST7-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ST7-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ST7-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRP show a favorable association.

BRCA, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ST7-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
