The most reproducible ST6GALNAC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to membrane, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Viral process. Each is linked with ST6GALNAC5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST6GALNAC5-to-partner and partner-to-ST6GALNAC5 results are reported.
