Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST6GALNAC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,052 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST6GALNAC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCL1, AGL, and ABCC5. Each is linked with ST6GALNAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST6GALNAC2-to-partner and partner-to-ST6GALNAC2 results are reported.
