Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,193 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDLIM1P4, ST3GAL6-AS1, and DCBLD2. Each is linked with ST3GAL6 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL6-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL6 results are reported.
