ST3GAL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,851 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF6, CLIC2, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with ST3GAL5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL5-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST3GAL5 versus ARHGEF6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
