ST3GAL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,848 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP2, PTPRJ, and DSN1. Each is linked with ST3GAL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL5-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAP2 grouped by ST3GAL5-low versus ST3GAL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
