ST3GAL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,488 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGLUT3, RAI14, and CDC42BPA. Each is linked with ST3GAL4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL4-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST3GAL4 versus POGLUT3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
