ST3GAL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Notch1, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with ST3GAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL4-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by ST3GAL4-low versus ST3GAL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
