ST3GAL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,835 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBL, RPL18AP2, and DICER1. Each is linked with ST3GAL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL1-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST3GAL1 versus CBL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
