Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL18AP2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL18AP2 expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in SKCM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL18AP2 is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RPL18AP2 RNA expression shows 12,103 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight SKCM, BRCA, and TGCT as cancer lineages where RPL18AP2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
