ST20-MTHFS

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ST20-MTHFS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ST20-MTHFS data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ST20-MTHFS Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ST20-MTHFS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ACC are the cancer types where ST20-MTHFS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
