Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ST14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ST14 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ST14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ST14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

BRCA, ESCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where ST14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
