Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ST13P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ST13P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ST13P6 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ST13P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, READ, and LIHC are the cancer types where ST13P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
