ST13P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST13P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,525 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST13P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP39, CHAMP1_S344, and GNAI2. Each is linked with ST13P4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST13P4-to-partner and partner-to-ST13P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST13P4 versus USP39 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST13P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST13P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
