SSXP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSXP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,810 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSXP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLDIP2, PPP1R12C, and PRKG1. Each is linked with SSXP10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSXP10-to-partner and partner-to-SSXP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSXP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSXP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
