Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSXP10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SSXP10 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SSXP10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSXP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, DLBC, and ACC are the cancer types where SSXP10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
