SSX8P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSX8P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSX8P-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXAP3, ANKRD20A6P, and KRTAP21-1. Each is linked with SSX8P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX8P-to-partner and partner-to-SSX8P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUXAP3 grouped by SSX8P-low versus SSX8P-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSX8P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSX8P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
