Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSX6P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SSX6P data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SSX6P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSX6P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

ACC, STAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where SSX6P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
