Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSX3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SSX3 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SSX3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSX3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and STAD are the cancer types where SSX3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
