SSX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSX3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK1_pS241, ASNS, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SSX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX3-to-partner and partner-to-SSX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDK1_pS241 grouped by SSX3-low versus SSX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
