SSX2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSX2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,534 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSX2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX3, SSX1, and SSX9P. Each is linked with SSX2B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX2B-to-partner and partner-to-SSX2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSX2B versus SSX3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSX2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSX2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
