SSUH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSUH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,614 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSUH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, RNU7-11P, and RNU6-789P. Each is linked with SSUH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSUH2-to-partner and partner-to-SSUH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP86 grouped by SSUH2-low versus SSUH2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSUH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSUH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
