SSU72

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSU72 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,406 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSU72-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, SASS6, and AUNIP. Each is linked with SSU72 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSU72-to-partner and partner-to-SSU72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSU72 versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSU72→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSU72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
