Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSU72 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,165 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSU72-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RISC complex assembly, Regulation of DNA stability, and Cellular response to methionine. Each is linked with SSU72 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSU72-to-partner and partner-to-SSU72 results are reported.
