SSTR5-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR5-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR5-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL539P, OR6K6, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with SSTR5-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR5-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL539P grouped by SSTR5-AS1-low versus SSTR5-AS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR5-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR5-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
