SSTR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,254 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L3, RPL3, and RTN1. Each is linked with SSTR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR2 versus EPB41L3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
