Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,933 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and GGT1. Each is linked with SSTR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSTR2 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
