Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,168 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP145, SAP18, and TEX30. Each is linked with SSTR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP145 grouped by SSTR2-low versus SSTR2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
