Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK1_pS241, EGFR_pY1068, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SSTR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR2 results are reported.
