Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,246 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSTR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Phospholipase C-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile. Each is linked with SSTR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by SSTR2-low versus SSTR2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
