Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASZ1 and PRM3. Each is linked with SSTR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR2 results are reported.
