SSRP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,973 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, APEX1, and PARP2. Each is linked with SSRP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSRP1 versus CCNB1IP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
