Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,835 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC37B, XBP1, and RIMS3. Each is linked with SSR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR3-to-partner and partner-to-SSR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSR3 versus LRRC37B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
