SSPOP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSPOP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSPOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, C-Raf, and PAI-1. Each is linked with SSPOP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSPOP-to-partner and partner-to-SSPOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSPOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSPOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
