SSPN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,090 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPN2, TLN2, and UTRN. Each is linked with SSPN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSPN-to-partner and partner-to-SSPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSPN versus CAPN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
