SSPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, VAV3-AS1, and TMEM225. Each is linked with SSPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSPN-to-partner and partner-to-SSPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by SSPN-low versus SSPN-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
