SSMEM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSMEM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 279 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSMEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX9P, SNRPGP8, and RNU6-929P. Each is linked with SSMEM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSMEM1-to-partner and partner-to-SSMEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSX9P grouped by SSMEM1-low versus SSMEM1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSMEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSMEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
