SSMEM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSMEM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSMEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Rab25, and TFRC. Each is linked with SSMEM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSMEM1-to-partner and partner-to-SSMEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SSMEM1-low versus SSMEM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSMEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSMEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
