SSH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,757 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSH3_S37, SSH3_S484, and CORO1B. Each is linked with SSH3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH3-to-partner and partner-to-SSH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSH3 versus SSH3_S37 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
