Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,638 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALS2CL, RBPMS-AS1, and ITM2B. Each is linked with SSH3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH3-to-partner and partner-to-SSH3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSH3 versus ALS2CL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
