SSH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERLIN2, SULF2, and MS4A5. Each is linked with SSH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH3-to-partner and partner-to-SSH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERLIN2 grouped by SSH3-low versus SSH3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
