Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,772 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Toll-like receptor 7 signaling pathway, T cell mediated immunity, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with SSH3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH3-to-partner and partner-to-SSH3 results are reported.
