SSH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSH3 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Wee1 Inhibitor, Capivasertib, and BAY AKT1. Each is linked with SSH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH3-to-partner and partner-to-SSH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Wee1 Inhibitor grouped by SSH3-low versus SSH3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
