Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,179 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDIK1L, TWIST1, and SLC6A20. Each is linked with SSH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH2-to-partner and partner-to-SSH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSH2 versus PDIK1L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
