SSH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,714 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1R, C1S, and C1QC. Each is linked with SSH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH1-to-partner and partner-to-SSH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSH1 versus C1R in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
