Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,323 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC2B, COL6A3, and FCGR2B. Each is linked with SSH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH1-to-partner and partner-to-SSH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSH1 versus CLEC2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
