SSH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, HMGA1P6, and GSR. Each is linked with SSH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH1-to-partner and partner-to-SSH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by SSH1-low versus SSH1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
