Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and ATM. Each is linked with SSH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH1-to-partner and partner-to-SSH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by SSH1-low versus SSH1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
